SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Here are highlights from Thursday’s Sioux Falls Police briefing.
NO NEW NEWS ON HOMICIDE
Sioux Falls Police say they are still investigating the fatal shooting at the Giliberto’s parking lot on Minnesota Avenue on November 7.
They say they have made no arrests
The shooting occurred early on a Sunday morning when two large groups faced each other and someone fired a gun.
SHOPLIFTERS THREATEN THEN FLEE
Sioux Falls Police are looking for shoplifters who threatened Walmart workers then fled when the authorities arrived.
The incident took place Wednesday at the Walmart on South Minnesota Avenue.
Police say the culprits left at “a high rate of speed.”
The Walmart employees were not harmed.
ASSAULT WITH HEDGE CLIPPERS?
An attacker used hedge clippers to try to injure a person in Sioux Falls Wednesday.
Sioux Falls Police say the incident was between current and present love rivals.
No one was clipped or hurt in the attack.
