LUVERNE, MN (KELO.com) A Luverne, Minnesota man has been charged with felony burglary and a drug possession after ambulance staff in Luverne discovered missing medications.
The Worthington Daily Globe reports security footage showed Jeffrey William Cook, a former employee, walking by the ambulance office.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office learned Cook was involved in a motor vehicle crash in Sioux Falls, where a state trooper informed them Cook had been taken to the ER. A nurse reportedly caught him shooting up with Ativan.
A narcotics officer later informed deputies that Cook confessed to the burglary and drug use.
