SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A state prison inmate passed away Friday.
The South Dakota Department of Corrections says inmate Whitney Leith, age 61, passed away at a Sioux Falls hospital November 12th. He died of natural causes.
Leith was serving a two-year sentence for failure to register as a sex offender (second offense) from Lake County.
