SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — After several days of declining or steady COVID-19 cases, South Dakota and the Sioux Falls metro saw an increase in cases Monday.
That’s according to the New York Times Coronavirus Tracker.
South Dakota saw a day-over-day increase of 5%.
The state is averaging 326 cases over a rolling seven-day average.
Minnehaha County also saw a 5% increase and an average of 58 cases per day.
Lincoln County experienced a 13% increase and an average of 16 cases per day.
Nationally, the country saw a 2% increase in cases and an average 74,504 cases per day.
