SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — While new coronavirus cases were down 5% Tuesday across the United States, the numbers were up and down in South Dakota and the Sioux Falls metro area.
That’s according to the New York Times Coronavirus Tracker.
There were 406 new cases statewide Tuesday, a 12% increase from Monday.
Minnehaha County had 124 cases in the same period, a 9% increase day-to-day.
Meanwhile, Lincoln County had 26 cases for a 5% decrease.
