BERESFORD, S.D. (KELO.com) — A stalking case has landed a Beresford, South Dakota man in jail.
The Beresford Police Department says they were contacted on October 11th in regards to the case. Upon investigaton, it was discovered the suspect was not only stalking the victim but was also in violation of a protection order. Thursday officers executed a search warrant of the suspects home and seized electronics. The 39-year-old male was arrested.
He was taken to the Union County Jail in Elk Point and is being held for felony stalking and violation of a protection order.
