Congressman Dustry Johnson (R-S.D.)
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) ā Under a new proposal from the federal government, banks would be required to report to the IRS annual inflow and outflow totals from most bank, loan and investment accounts as a way to enforce tax compliance.
Congressman Dusty Johnson opposes the idea.
Johnson recently said on twitter that, āIām proposing legislation that would push back on this terrible idea.ā
Congress is considering the proposal as part of a budget reconciliation package.
