SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A potential tax increase is on the agenda for Tuesday’s Sioux Falls City Council meeting.
The council will consider a resolution that would assess a fee based on how much a given property fronts a street. The fee would be one dollar per front foot per property. The money would go toward street repairs.
The council is poised to approve the city’s fiscal year 2022 budget Tuesday night.
