SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Governor Kristi Noem shared her thoughts on vaccine mandates in a video on Twitter.
Noem says she will oppose any federal mandates on getting the COVID vaccine, but says there isn’t much she can do when it comes to private business mandates.
