SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) – According to stats from the city of Sioux Falls, the building market is hopping.
Even though the number of permits is down slightly, the value of the permits has grown.
From January to July of 2019, 4,332 building permits were issued with a total value of $406.6 million
For the same time period in 2021, 4,149 permits were issued with a total value of $607.2 million
Mayor Paul TenHaken says the Sioux Falls building economy is the strongest we’ve ever seen.
