Early this morning, police went to 41st Street and Western Avenue for the report of shoplifting–and more.
The clerk spotted a man stealing a bottle of Jagermeister.
The clerk ran after the thief.
The thief bumped him with his car.
The clerk then jumped on the hood of the car.
