SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) – Members of the public were buzzing with concern at tonight’s Sioux Falls City Council meeting.
What was bugging them?
The city’s schedule for spraying for mosquitos.
During public comment, the citizens said the spraying was occurring during daylight hours instead of after dusk and results in people being sprayed with the insecticide.
Former council member Theresa Stehly urged the council to increase the budget to make more trucks available in order to start spraying at dusk
