SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) – On Tuesday, both Minnehaha and Lincoln County Commissions as well as the Sioux Falls City Council will be considering ordinances for permits and licensing for medical marijuana establishments.
The state’s medical marijuana law takes effect on July 1st, however, the SD Department of Health has until October 29 to issue its rules for regulating the new program.
