WOULD-BE KISSER GETS DISSED–AND ARRESTED
A would-be kisser is arrested yesterday morning (Wednesday) for disturbing the peace.
A woman sitting at a sidewalk cafe in downtown Sioux Falls said a man came up to her and said, “I’m going to kiss you.”
She said, “No, I’m calling the police.”
The kissing assailant did not touch her and left.
Police found him a few blocks down the street and arrested him.
PLEASE LOCK YOUR CAR DOORS!
The Sioux Falls Police say the number one crime they deal with is people having things stolen from unlocked cars or leaving the keys in unlocked vehicles, and then the vehicle gets stolen.
The police say there were again several reports of unlocked cars and the theft of a handgun from one of them.
Officer Sam Clemens says thefts from unlocked vehicles isn’t just a nice weather thing but happens year-round.
And once again, he asks you to lock your car and take your keys.
