SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Here’s what the Sioux Falls Police have been doing over the Easter weekend.
PASSED OUT WITH A TWO-YEAR-OLD IN THE BACK
A Sioux Falls man and woman are behind bars, charged with cruelty and abuse to a child under seven years old.
Sioux Falls Police received a call last night in the West 41st and South Louise area of a man and woman passed out in a vehicle.
When the police arrived, they found the couple passed out from either drugs or alcohol or both.
There was a two-year child in the back.
Charles Kendrick Williams, Jr., 23, is charged with a number of counts, including DUI, resisting arrest, and child cruelty.
Nicole Daniel Ross, 21, is also charged with child cruelty or abuse.
SIOUX FALLS MAN ARRESTED FOR ARMED ROBBERY
A Sioux Falls man sits in jail for armed robbery.
The incident occurred Friday evening at a business at West 12th Street and Southwest Avenue.
A man pulled a revolver on a worker then stole a number of items.
Police caught the man later Friday night with the stolen goods.
Erik Timothy Green, Jr., 37 is charged with first-degree robbery, aggravated assault, commission of a felony with a firearm, and other counts.
POLICE INVESTIGATING BURGLARIES
Sioux Falls Police are looking for a culprit who may be involved in burglaries and vehicle thefts.
Saturday morning, police say they received a report of a break-in at a business in the 4400 block of East 10th Street.
The business reported that two cars were also missing.
The thief or thieves found the keys and the vehicles were gone.
Police say there were a similar break-in and theft of vehicles in the same vicinity a couple of days prior.

THE EASTER BUNNY WAS WELL BEHAVED
The Sioux Falls Police reports no problems with the Easter Bunny over Easter.
Sgt. Andrew Siebenborn says there also were no calls for overly rowdy Easter egg hunts.
