SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Fire Rescue wants to return a good Samaritan’s coat.
On February 28th, the person arrived before emergency services did and aided a young man who fell on the ice and hurt himself.
The good Samaritan took off his jacket and put it on the victim to keep him warm until first responders arrived.
