HE THOUGHT IT WAS LOCKED. IT WASN’T
A Sioux Falls man thought he had locked his car Thursday.
He started it to warm it up and used his key fob.
However, the car wasn’t locked, and a man got in the vehicle.
The would-be thief tried to drive off, but the car’s owner used the key fob to prevent that from happening.
The police came and arrested the attempted car stealer on attempted theft and drug charges.
The incident took place in the 200 block of West 14th Street.
