SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — According to local authorities, a Sioux Falls man was arrested after threatening a woman with a BB gun.
Sioux Falls police responded around 1 a.m. on Tuesday to a report of an aggravated assault near the 900 block of North Duluth Avenue.
Police say the woman was dropped off by a friend in front of a residence and was walking to the building when 34-year old Dustin Leroy Track pulled out a BB gun then threatened her.
The victim was able to run inside and call the police.
Authorities later found Track at a nearby residence and identified the gun as a BB gun.
He was arrested for aggravated assault and obstruction.
