SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A wind chill warning is in effect for Sioux Falls as dangerously cold temperatures continue throughout our region.
Wind chills in Sioux Falls were at about 40 below zero overnight and probably won’t get above negative 20 today.
Dangerous wind chills are expected tonight, with Wind Chill Warnings across the region. Frostbite can occur in as little at 10 minutes at these values.

The wind chill warning runs through at least 9 a.m. Monday. At its worst, the cold can cause frostbite after about 10 minutes of exposure.
