PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) — After several weeks of low daily death counts, South Dakota saw an increase Thursday of 14 coronavirus deaths.
The department of health puts the death toll at 1,829.
There were 279 new cases for a total of nearly 110,000.
Active cases are also up 58 from Wednesday to 2,209.
Hospitalizations are down five South Dakotans to 104.
Well over 105,000 South Dakotans have recovered from the virus.
