SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man has started his 15-year federal prison sentence for intent to distribute meth.
John Thin Elk, 43, pled guilty to the count last fall in Federal District Court in Sioux Falls.
He was sentenced for attempting to sell 50 grams–almost two ounces–of meth in 2019 on the Yankton Sioux Indian Reservation.
