SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — About a couple inches of snow are expected in the Sioux Falls area this weekend, according to an update from the National Weather Service.

Most of the snowfall is expected on Saturday. Areas north of Sioux Falls like Brookings and Watertown are expected to get a bit more snow. Sioux Falls has a 77% chance of at least two inches of snow Saturday, according to the NWS.
Exact amounts are still unclear as of Thursday morning.
