Trump Administration prevails in court challenge on withholding Minnesota Medicaid funds

ST. PAUL, MN (KELO.com) — The Trump Administration has won a court battle over withholding Medicaid Funds from Minnesota.  The state asked a judge to prevent the administration from withholding $250-billion in Medicaid funds because of fraud.  Vice President J.D. Vance says the money will be reinstated when Minnesota complies with a corrective action plan.
