Drug ring leader faces up to life in prison, $20-million fine

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — His criminal syndicate introduced fentanyl powder to the Sioux Falls market.  Now, a Las Vegas man faces up to life in prison and a 20-million dollar fine.  Quantiae Harris was convicted of meth and fentanyl distribution, and money laundering.  He led the drug distribution ring, based in California and Nevada.
