SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — They call him one of the most wanted men in Minnehaha County, and now Caleb Moran is behind bars. Moran was wanted for rape and sexual contact with a child dating back to 2012 when the girl was five years old. Moran lived in the same house as the victim at the time. She reported the sexual abuse when she was 15.
