SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Your daily commute may be affected by a couple of large road construction projects getting underway Monday in Sioux Falls. Lanes will be closed on West Russell Street in northern Sioux Falls, as crews repair concrete, curb and gutter repairs. On the south side of the city, Southbound I-229 lanes will also be closed as work resumes on the Cliff Avenue interchange. Northbound I-229 lanes will be shifted to the southbound side of the interstate in early April for the main construction season.
