Now it’s official – State House Speaker Jon Hansen will be on the ballot as a candidate for Governor this year. He joins Congressman Dusty Johnson as the second candidate to officially qualify for the ballot. Governor Larry Rhoden and Aberdeen businessman Toby Doeden are the other two Republicans running for the seat. Dan Ahlers and Robert Arnold are running as Democrats.
