SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Governor Larry Rhoden has signed three pro-life bills into law. One prohibits the sale or advertisement of unlawful abortion pills, and bans shipment of those pills in the state. The others change the definition of abortion to distinguish it from a miscarriage, and mandates education in prenatal growth and development. The Governor says the laws show South Dakotans stand for life and protect the next generation.
