‘Stinky mess’ leads to milloin dollar upgrades at Capitol

PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — A leaky sewer line that created a nasty mess during the legislative session is leading to a million dollar upgrade of the South Dakota Capitol building.  Lawmakers pushed through a bill with $1.1-million worth of upgrades for the 116-year old building.  Governor Rhoden signed the bill Thursday.
