VERMILLION, SD (KELO.com) — A million dollar gift to the Knudson School of Law at USD will endow a chair in trust and estate law. The gift comes from Pierce McDowell III and Al King III – founders of the South Dakota Trust Company. USD law professor Tom Simmons will serve as the inaugural endowed chair.
