Attorney General Marty Jackley
PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Attorney General Marty Jackley says a settlement has been reached with Mayday Health on removing ads for abortion pills in South Dakota. Jackley said, “The New York non-profit targeted women and young girls, encouraging them to take abortion pills while misleading them about the physical risks.” Marketing the pills in South Dakota is also illegal. Jackley says the ads have been stopped and the case is resolved.
