PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — The South Dakota Senate will get another look at a bill to criminalize AI-generated pornography. The State House amended the bill so it would apply to specific instances of harassment, threats or other damages. Offenses would carry a maximum penalty of a five year prison term and ten-thousand dollar fine. Senators will now have to consider the amendment for final approval.
