PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — It’s typically the longest legislative day of the year: Crossover Day. All legislative bills must win approval in their house of origin by the end of tonight, or die for this legislative session. Among the bills expected to see action today are measures to provide funding for school lunches, special education, property tax credits, lab-grown meat and the minimum age for marriage.
