SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A California man faces 15 years in prison on child pornography charges. U-S Attorney Ron Parsons says 34-year old Juan Gobea admitted to attempting to persuade a 15-year old girl from South Dakota into sending him sexually explicit images. That girl turned out to be an undercover law enforcement officer. He pleaded guilty to the charges last November.
