Attorney General Marty Jackley
PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — A year-old law is producing results, and restoring integrity to state government employees. That’s the report Attorney General Marty Jackley delivered to the Legislature’s Government Operations and Audit Committee Wednesday morning. The Public Integrity Unit created by the new law has generated 47 reports of misconduct by state employees, 14 criminal investigations and four employees facing criminal charges. Jackley says he’s committed to maintaining South Dakota as the most honest and ethical state government in the nation.
