SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A stormy – and lengthy – Sioux Falls City Council meeting Tuesday night, as Council members unanimously approved zoning changes for a proposed data center on the city’s northeast side. A large number of citizens testified against the plan of Gemini Capital to build the center near Veterans Parkway and Rice Street. They stormed out of the council chambers after the vote, screaming obscenities as they left.
