South Dakota (KELO.com) — The FDA is putting some teeth into a recent baby food recall. Several major retailers failed to remove ByHeart Infant Formula from their shelves. This is three weeks after it was recalled for the risk of potential infant botulism. The retailers have received a warning letter and have to state what they’ve done to address the violations.
