Midwest Region (KELO.com) — The regional office of Planned Parenthood says it plans to continue to serve patients in spite of a court ruling late Friday. The ruling allows the Trump Administration to enforce Congress’s defunding of Planned Parenthood while court proceedings challenging that action continue. The congressional action blocks Medicaid payments for Planned Parenthood services.
