Senate Majority Leader John Thune will call a vote to extend tax credits for health coverage

Washington D.C. (KELO.com) — As Promised, Senate Majority Leader John Thune is calling for a vote on the Democratic Party’s proposal to extend health coverage premium tax credits. Thune says the proposal doesn’t do anything to get rid of the waste, fraud and abuse it includes. Because of that, he predicts it will fail. He says Republicans will offer a proposal to deal with those problems. The vote is expected to take place tomorrow.
