Abortion ad campaign under investigation by the state

Pierre, SD (KELO.com) — Is it a violation of free speech rights or a violation of South Dakota law? At issue is an abortion pill ad campaign with signs posted on gas pumps in the state. Governor Larry Rhoden and Attorney General Marty Jackley are checking to see if the campaign violates the state’s law banning abortions. The group behind the ads issued a statement to the Dakota Scout saying it doesn’t sell abortions or abortion pills but is trying to make people aware of their options
