Rapid City, SD (KELO.com) — A Rapid City man accused of killing his father is due back in court this week. Attorneys for Nicholas Selig are working with mental health professionals to determine if he’s fit to stand trial. Selig is charged with first-degree murder of his father and faces up to life in prison if he’s convicted. He missed his first two court appearances after resisting officers and interrupting the judge while charges were read.
