Huron, SD (KELO.com) — The South Dakota Supreme Court has suspended a Huron attorney for 90 days for filing frivolous legal claims. Tucker Voleskey filed several lawsuits on behalf of a client involved in a ranch ownership dispute. In one of those suits, against the Supreme Court, he claimed justices fabricated evidence against his client.
