WOODSTOCK, MN (KELO.com) — The Pipestone County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help in finding an endangered, missing 22-year old woman. Ruth Melendez-Sanchez was last seen in Woodstock, Minnesota. She was last seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt and purple Nike yoga pants. She is believed to be headed to the Worthington area. Anyone with any information is urged to contact the Pipestone County Sheriff’s Office.
