WASHINGTON, DC (KELO.com) — At long last, the Government shutdown of 2025 is over, but it will take time for things to return to normal. SNAP Nutrition benefits were delayed in South Dakota. Recipients received partial benefits on their EBT cards Wednesday…two days later than normal. There’s no word from the state yet on when the remainder of the benefits will be distributed. Air travelers are also expected to have to wait to see improvement in the current backlog of delayed and cancelled flights tied to the shutdown.
