A Black Hills cannabis company is suing Rapid City saying the city is making it impossible for the company to expand its business. Puffy’s LLC was awarded seven medical cannabis dispensary licenses by the city in 2021 and currently operates two facilities. The lawsuit contends the city is blocking the company from adding more dispensaries, and that it provided confidential proprietary business files with a competitor.
