Pierre, S.D. (KELO.com) — Partial SNAP Nutrition benefits are going out in South Dakota today. Confusion caused by the government shutdown and court orders over the weekend delayed the benefits by two days. When the shutdown ends and all benefits are restored, the state will issue the remaining benefits through a second payment.
