The Division of Criminal Investigation is pouring through years’ worth of records as it works on a rape solicitation and pornography case in Aberdeen. Authorities seized about 30 different devices after receiving a cyber tip on Aberdeen Drivers Licensing employee Mark Rathbun. Attorney General Marty Jackley says his office is taking action to protect the personal identity information Rathbun allegedly used. The offenses took place over a six-year period, which ended with Rathbun’s arrest.
