The Division of Criminal Investigation is investigating another inmate death at the South Dakota Penitentiary. 33-year-old inmate Travis Fox was found unresponsive in his cell and hospitalized Tuesday. He died Friday at a Sioux Falls hospital. Attorney General Marty Jackley says charges will be announced if the investigation finds evidence of foul play.
