Governor Rhoden ordered flags to be lowered to half-staff in honor of former Vice President Dick Cheney

Governor Rhoden has ordered flags to be lowered to half-staff across the state in honor of former Vice President Dick Cheney. Cheney died this week at the age of 84. Flags will remain at half-staff until sunset on the day of his interment.
