Brooking, SD (KELO.com) — A Brookings man faces aggravated assault and domestic violence charges in a stabbing incident. 31-year old Shawn Running Horse is accused of stabbing his ex-girlfriend several times after the two got into a dispute. The victim was hospitalized.
